Wendy began her escrow career in 2001 and specializes in Residential Sales, Probate & Trust Sales, Refinances, and is a Notary Public. She is a member of the California Escrow Association, as well as the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley, where she keeps up to date on changes that affect the escrow and real estate industry.
Wendy grew up here in the San Gabriel Valley and attended Temple City High School. She attended a semester at Mt. SAC, and moved on to Humboldt State University, where she majored in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration.
Wendy loves to problem solve. She is a creative thinker and loves a challenge. In her free time, she stays busy traveling with friends and family playing Ingress, scrapbooking and crafting. Her family was featured in an LA Weekly story in 2014 about the game Ingress.
