Rosalie has an extensive background as an Escrow Officer for the past 35 years and is used to running a very productive desk while still maintaining a personal touch with her clients. She relies on her strong technical skills and highest quality or customer service to her clients. She is well versed at handling all types of escrows including Residential, Commercial, Probates, Exchanges, Short Sales, and Refinances. Her extensive escrow background and continuing training has helped her maintain a great reputation in the escrow field and with her clients for the past 35 years. Her degree in speech and communications has helped continue to put her on top with her customer relations and communication skills, allowing for a smooth successful close of escrow.
