Nicole brings over 20 years of escrow experience to Chartwell Escrow. Born and raised in a real estate career-focused family, Nicole brings extensive knowledge of the Conejo Valley and San Fernando Valley markets. She is an expert at closing a wide variety of deals including trusts, probate, and 1031 exchanges. Spending the last five years managing high-end complex transactions, Nicole believes attention to detail and effective communication with clients throughout the escrow transaction are the foundation of a successful closing. She is extremely dedicated to her clients and consistently works to close transactions with integrity and transparency.
Nicole is an active member of the California Escrow Association and Women’s Council of Realtors in Ventura County.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, sweet Yorkie, Finley, and friends. She is an avid reader and loves to cook.
