Senior Escrow officer Maria Namba is proud to bring her 30 years of escrow experience to Chartwell Escrow’s Santa Monica location. As branch manager, Maria makes sure to exemplify Chartwell’s core values of integrity, teamwork and ethical decision making.
In her decades of service to the real estate community, Maria has worked closely with real estate agents in both the residential and commercial sectors, and enjoys nothing more than guiding buyers and sellers on their journey to homeownership. One example of this dedication is always attempting to personally answer the branch phone so that clients immediately have a personal connection to their escrow team.
Maria embodies the perfect balance of knowledge, accessibility and trust. In her spare time, you can often find her training for long distance runs around the LA community as well as spending time with family and friends over a great meal.
